Electrical Construction Supervisor (Chile)

Mission

At Zelestra, we are looking for a Construction Electrical Supervisor to join a major renewable-energy project in the Tarapacá Region. The purpose of this role is to schedule and supervise the management of productive resources and electrical-area personnel according to the timelines set by the department and the established plan, maximizing quality and margin in line with internal procedures and quality standards, while ensuring compliance with current regulations and safeguarding people’s health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and monitor the electrical team’s workload to meet the production schedule.
• Prepare the necessary devices for civil processes.
• Ensure personnel comply with the company’s industrial safety rules and regulations.
• Keep the area’s equipment and tools in good condition.
• Follow all procedures and instructions applicable to the area.
• Request specialized training courses and evaluate their application for assigned staff.
• Supervise adherence to work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Implement measures to improve production methods, equipment operation, and service quality.
• Analyze and resolve work problems, assisting the team in solving operational issues. 

Job Requirements

• Professional or technical degree in Electricity.

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.

• Proven previous experience in utility-scale renewable-energy projects.

• Class B driver’s license.

• Availability to work on-site at our project near Pozo Almonte on a regular schedule.
