Logistic Administrative Support (Chile)

Pozo Almonte, Chile
Mission
Your mission will be to perform administrative support tasks to ensure the smooth running of the project during the construction phase, and you will report to the administrative coordinator.
You will work on our Aurora project, located in Pozo Almonte, Tarapacá region (Chile).
Responsibilities
1. Support the administrative coordinator in all administrative tasks related to the project.
2. Perform administrative tasks related to project contracting, including requesting quotes, receiving orders, checking delivery notes, and reviewing invoices.
3. Manage documentation related to Zelestra and subcontracted personnel for validation through the document platform.
4. Maintain and organise the project's document archive.
Job Requirements
- Vocational training in Administration or a university degree in Administration or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excell and Word
- At least 1 year of proven administrative experience, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sector.
