Mission
Your mission will be assist in the operation of the assigned area by performing administrative support and logistics control tasks.
Responsibilities

Support the project director in all administrative and logistical tasks.

Manage contracts, purchase orders, and invoices in the ERP system.

Handle personnel documentation (expenses, attendance, medical checks).

Maintain project files and inventory records.
-
Receive, inspect, and deliver materials.

Oversee warehouse operations and proper storage.
-
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
- Administrative professional training
- LRP course of 20 or 60 hours with certificate
- Knowledge of Excel
