Role Summary

Job Type: Remote l Full-Time | Permanent
Role Reports To: Director of Development ERCOT/SPP

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll support projects from market entry analysis all the way through to commercial operations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to help bring solar, wind, and BESS projects to life.

Support site diligence, permitting, interconnection & stakeholder engagement
Track development milestones and manage project schedules & budgets
Liaise with landowners, consultants, and transmission authorities
Assist in financial modeling, reporting, and RFP/PPA processes
Stay current on market trends, policy changes, and tech innovations

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years in renewable energy development (solar, wind, or BESS)
Familiarity with ERCOT or SPP regions
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 30% across the U.S.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (MBA a plus)

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this position typically ranges from the minimum to the mid-point annually, based on experience and qualifications.
