Role Summary

Job Type: Remote l Full-Time | Permanent
Role Reports To: VP of Engineering

Role Snapshot

In this role, you will support technical aspects of utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects from early development through construction. Responsibilities include:

Technical due diligence and site assessments for development and M&A.
Support permitting, preliminary design, and project estimates.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manage engineering timelines and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.
Lead site visits and provide technical input throughout EPC phases.

Minimal Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
5+ years engineering experience, including 2+ years in utility-scale renewables.
Knowledge of solar/energy storage design processes and industry standards.
PE license preferred; strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and PV design tools.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this position typically ranges from $90,000 to the mid-point annually, based on experience and qualifications.
