Role Overview

We are hiring an Environmental to lead environmental compliance, sustainability, and social impact across our U.S. portfolio. Reporting to the Director of EHS, this role ensures projects meet regulatory requirements, advance Zelestra’s ESG commitments, and deliver meaningful community benefits. 

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years in environmental compliance, sustainability, or ESG program management.
  • Knowledge of U.S. environmental regulations and permitting.
  • Experience with ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.

Role Responsibility 

  • Manage environmental compliance for construction and operations, including permits, audits, and incident response.
  • Drive sustainability goals: emissions tracking, waste reduction, biodiversity protection, and resource efficiency.
  • Measure and report ESG metrics (GRI, SASB) and support disclosures.
  • Lead community engagement and social investment programs aligned with local needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed ESSI standards in project execution and vendor management.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and foster a culture of accountability and impact.

The salary for this position typically ranges from minimum to mid-point annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
