Senior QHSE - Specialist (f/m/x)

Your Role 
 
As the Senior QHSE Specialist (f/m/d), you will provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for all quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives across Zelestra’s  operations in Germany. This role demands a visionary leader capable of shaping a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations, and driving continuous improvement in QHSE performance. You will work closely with executive leadership, program and project managers, operational teams, and external stakeholders to embed QHSE excellence into every aspect of our business in Germany.

• Results-oriented approach and strong alignment with our mission in the renewable energy sector.
• Masters degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related field; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma/International General Certificate or equivalent).
• Extensive experience leading large-scale global QHSE functions within complex industries such as renewable energy or engineering projects.
• Proven track record developing and implementing integrated management systems aligned with ISO standards.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
• Strategic thinker with excellent operational expertise; capable of translating vision into actionable plans.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50% as required.
