EPC Trade Finance Coordinator

We are looking for a EPC Trade Finance Coordinator to join our finance team at a leading renewable energy company. The selected candidate will play a key role in monitoring the Cash Flow of our EPC Business Unit and proposing measures to improvw Working Capital.

Responsibilities

• Cash flow management: detailed monitoring of project cash flows, analysis of deviations and proposal of measures to optimise liquidity.
• Supply chain finance: design and implementation of financial solutions in coordination with Purchase Department.
• Relations with financial institutions and insurance companies: negotiation of guarantee lines (banks and sureties), documentary credits and confirming for the EPC division.
• Procedures and Contractual Control: establishment of processes to monitor collection and payment conditions, review of EPC contract wording from a treasury perspective.
• Financial Risk Management: monitoring and proposal of hedging to mitigate exchange rate risk in EPC projects.
• Comprehensive management guarantees, letters of credit, and sureties.
• Support in negotiating financial terms with counterparties.
• Identification of improvement opportunities in financial management processes and tools.
• Support in internal and external audit processes.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Advanced level of English (minimiun B2-C1).
• Minimun of 7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the energy, infrastructure sectors or multinational companies with international operations.
• Strong knowledge of trade finance and supply chain finance products.
• Experience in direct interaction with banks, insurances, and financial service providers.
