Mission
Reporting to the People Business Partner and the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source candidates through various channels and manage the entire selection and employee pre-boarding process. Ensure a smooth and efficient selection process and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Sourcing and Selection: Identify and source potential candidates through job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter), social media, referrals, job postings and other relevant channels. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with the organization's culture.
- Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide feedback regarding their engagement in the process and level of progress.
- Talent Identification: Create and maintain pools of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. Proactively network with potential candidates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System. Report and analyze hiring metrics to improve processes.
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
- Previous exposure to the renewable energy sector is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Business English (C1 level or above).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel,…)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Infojobs.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive “can-do” attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in scale-up businesses and international working environments.
- Strong team player.
