Role Summary

Role Reports To: Director of Project Development

Position Snapshot:

Zelestra is looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to lead mid-to-late stage utility-scale renewable energy projects. If you have a strong background in solar, wind, or BESS development and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, this role is for you.

Lead project development through NTP
Manage interconnection, permitting, and stakeholder engagement
Oversee budgets, schedules, and financial modeling
Coordinate across real estate, engineering, finance, and EPC
Monitor market trends and policy impacts

Minimal Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA a plus)
3+ years in renewable energy development
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Experience with utility-scale projects preferred

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this position typically ranges from the minimum to the mid-point annually, based on experience and qualifications.
