Role Reports To: Head of Project Development 

Position Snapshot

In this role, you will be a part of a dedicated team focused on mid-to-late-stage project development with a specific goal of delivering construction-ready renewable energy projects on time to meet our customer commitments.

Lead mid-to-late stage development of utility-scale renewable projects
Manage interconnection, engineering, and stakeholder engagement
Oversee budgets, schedules, and financial inputs for investment decisions
Coordinate cross-functional teams and align with project finance strategy
Monitor market trends and ensure project readiness for execution and financing

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, environmental studies, business, or related field
5+ years of experience advancing renewable energy projects to NTP
Utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS experience preferred
Strong communication, market analysis, and financial modeling skills
Proven success across permitting, interconnection, real estate, and EPC coordination
Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative
Willingness to travel up to 30%

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position typically ranges from the minimum to the mid-point annually, based on experience and qualifications.
