Procurement and Logistics Administrative Assistant

Mission

Your mission will be provide administrative support for the Procurement Department and for the supplier approval process

Responsibilities

  • Manage the registration of products and suppliers in the ERP. 
  • Prepare orders in ERP 
  • Send orders to suppliers 
  • Manage of delivery notes, receptions in ERP. 
  • Resolve internal incidents and with suppliers.  
  • Review and process invoices 
  • Monitor the status of orders, receipts, and invoices. 
  • Perform administrative tasks in relation to approval of suppliers following internal procedures. 
  • Collaborate on the attainment of Quality, M&S and AM goals and objectives set by management. 
  • Be aware of and comply with all regulations, manuals and procedures that affect his or her work. 
  • Act as Supplier Approval Manager in accordance with the Supplier Approval Procedure. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum educational background: Intermediate or higher vocational training or similar.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • English level: B2 or higher.

  • Full time: Mon-Thurs from 08:00 to 17:30h and Fri from 08:00 to 14:00h.
