Mission

Your mission will be carry out administrative support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the project during the construction phase. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Construction Country Representative Manager in all administrative tasks. 

  • Perform administrative tasks related to project contracting, including requesting quotations, receiving orders, checking delivery notes, and reviewing invoices. 

  • Manage documentation related to Zelestra and subcontracted personnel for validation through the document platform. 

  • Maintain and organize the project’s document archive. 

Job Requirements

  • Higher education degree in Administration or a related field. 

  • At least 1 year of proven administrative experience, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sector. 

  • Certified Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) in Construction Course – 20 or 60 hours.

  • Fixed-term contract during the construction of the Olmedo solar plant project.

  • Full time: Mon-Thurs from 08:00 to 17:30h and Fri from 08:00 to 14:00h.
