Role Summary

Industry: Utility-Scale Renewable Energy
Location: Flexible, but Arlington, VA, San Francisco, CA, or Houston, TX are a plus.
Job Type: Remote l Full-Time | Permanent
Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer

Position Snapshot

This role is part of our Commercial team, which secures offtake for and commercially manages the clean energy projects Zelestra develops, owns, and operates for our customers.

Build and manage relationships with customers who are shaping the future of energy.
Negotiate and close power purchase agreements and other revenue-generating contracts.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to create clean energy products that fit real-world needs.
Share customer insights to help guide our strategy and development priorities.
Lead and grow a team focused on origination and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

10–15 years of experience in energy sales or contract negotiation.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Creative thinking and product design experience in the energy space.
Solid analytical skills.
Deep knowledge of U.S. power markets (ERCOT, MISO, SPP, PJM) and renewable technologies.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this position typically ranges from the minimum to the mid-point annually, based on experience and qualifications.
