O&M Portfolio Coordinator

Mission

We are looking to hire a Coordinator for the portfolio of solar plants located in the Tarapacá Region, near the municipality of Pozo Almonte.  Your mission will be to ensure the availability of these plants and optimize their performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of plant O&M activities.
• Warranty compliance:
   Supervise compliance with O&M contract warranties.
   Coordinate and ensure the success of EPC final acceptance tests.
• Logistics and procurement:
   Obtain and compare quotes for the procurement of goods and services.
   Issue requests for the procurement of equipment and materials.
   Ensure efficient stock management.
   Propose subcontractors.
• Production and incident data analysis:
   Monitor project production and efficiency indicators and compare technical performance with expectations.
   Verify the accuracy of instrumentation equipment.
• Reports:
   Prepare daily, monthly, and annual production and incident tracking reports, weekly report to the Remote Control Center.
• Optimization:
   Optimize plant performance by reducing operating costs, maximizing public relations, and reducing downtime.

Job Requirements

• Advanced Technical Degree in Electricity, Electronics, or Mechanics.
• High level of proficiency in office software (Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of communication systems, SCADA, and video surveillance.
• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention. Knowledge of quality systems and ORP management.
• Experience in team management.
