Mission
As a People Intern, you will support both operational activities and strategic projects across the Talent Acquisition and Learning areas, gaining hands-on experience in key People processes.
Main Activities
Talent Acquisition
- Providing general support to the Corporate Talent Acquisition team in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Publishing job opportunities through various recruitment channels, including SAP SuccessFactors, university career platforms, and other talent attraction sources.
- Supporting administrative activities related to the recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding coordination for new hires.
- Assisting with the maintenance and update of candidate databases and recruitment records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinating communication with universities and educational institutions and supporting the management of internship agreements.
- Contributing to internal communication initiatives, including the preparation of the monthly Hot Jobs Newsletter.
- Supporting the digitalization of People processes through the implementation and optimization of tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Assisting with invoice management activities within the People area.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations, training materials, process documentation, and reports for internal meetings and projects.
- Participating in internal and external audit activities by supporting documentation reviews and related tasks.
Learning & Development
- Providing general support to the Learning team in the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development initiatives.
- Supporting the operational management of the Internal Training Plan, including training registration, participant communications, completion tracking, and administration of FUNDAE training grants.
- Assisting in the monitoring and reporting of learning activities, helping ensure an effective employee learning experience.
- Collaborating on projects aimed at enhancing employee development and promoting a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international and dynamic environment.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages
- Native Spanish.
- Advanced English level (minimum C1 level).
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies will be considered a plus.

Additional Requirements
- No driving licence is required.
What we offer
- It will be essential to formalize an internship agreement with your university or educational institution.
- The expected start date will be October 2026, and the ideal duration will be equivalent to a full academic year, if possible.

- The internship will be on-site at the Bilbao Headquarters, located at Alameda de Urquijo 13.
- The internship will include paid.
