SCADA Technician

Location

Bilbao, Spain

Mission

Development and maintenance of the SCADA systems for the multitechnology projects developed by the company. Development and maintenance of the Remote Control Center SCADA.

Responsibilities

· Multitechnology projects SCADA development and maintenance using Ignition platform.

· SCADA projects management. Milestones and dates.

· Definition of SCADA systems: central plant and substation SCADA, dataloggers, PLCs, RTUs.

· Monitoring of SCADA projects developed by third parties.

· Definition of communication protocols: Modbus, DNP3, IEC-104, IEC-61850, OPC.

· On-site implementation of SCADA systems.

Job Requirements

Desired Education: Master in Telecommunications Engineering / Degree in Telecommunications Technology Engineering.

Complementary Education: Ignition certification

Availability for domestic and international travel.

Experience:

· At least 3 years of experience in projects with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 101/104, IEC 61850…)

· At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing SCADA systems.

· At least 3 years of experience in databases, programming and scripting.
