Mission:
To negotiate, manage and administer contracts related to Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) supply, erection, and commissioning packages with OEMs and other third parties ensuring milestone compliance, commercial protection, and contractual risk management
Responsibilities:
WTG OEM Contract Administration
- Initiative enquiries as per the scope of works with OEM’s and third parties
- Negotiate contracts with WTG OEM’s and other third parties for closure
- Administer contracts for WTG supply, transportation, erection, and commissioning during the project phase..
- Monitor contractual milestones, delivery schedules, and commissioning timelines.
- Ensure compliance with LD clauses, performance guarantees, and warranty terms.
Commercial & Milestone Monitoring
- Track milestone-linked payments and invoice certifications.
- Monitor and manage Bank Guarantees (PBG, ABG, Warranty BG).
- Support commercial closure and final account settlement.
Risk & Claims Management
- Assess delay analysis and applicability of Liquidated Damages (LD).
- Manage back-to-back risk alignment between EPC contract and OEM contract.
- Draft contractual communications and amendments/addendums.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Site Execution, and Finance teams.
- Support negotiation with OEMs for scope changes or schedule revisions
Job Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical preferred).
- MBA (Finance/Contracts) preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Wind EPC or OEM contract management.
- Strong exposure to WTG supply & erection contracts with major OEMs such as
