MAKING DECARBONIZATION A REALITY

Mission:

The main objective of this position will be lead all legal team’s initiatives in connection to all litigations faced by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing all regulatory, contractual, and commercial disputes;
• Advising on regulatory developments and representing company before regulatory authorities;
• Advising and handling all land related litigation;
• Advising internal teams to resolve any potential disputes arising out of contractual obligations; and
• Maintaining MIS of all ongoing litigations.
