MAKING DECARBONIZATION A REALITY

Mission:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager to lead and manage SAP solution design, implementation, and enhancement activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP modules, with expertise in SAP Grow and SAP SuccessFactors, and a proven ability to drive business process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

This role will be pivotal in supporting the SAP processes and will work closely with business teams, IT functions, and implementation partners to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of SAP solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP BBP (Business Blueprint) workshops, requirement gathering, and end-to-end solution design.
  • Manage and coordinate SAP Grow and SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration with core business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, O&M, and other functions to define system requirements and enhancements.
  • Drive SAP configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Oversee vendor and implementation partner deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide thought leadership on SAP best practices, process optimization, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Ensure SAP security, compliance, and integration readiness as part of the IT carve‑out.
  • Prepare documentation, SOPs, and training materials for business users.
  • Support interfaces, integrations, and data migration activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in SAP implementation and support.
  • Expertise in SAP Grow (FICO, MM, PS, GR, SAC, BTP, Treasury) and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent, Performance Management preferred).
  • Understanding of SAP modules such as MM, PM, FI/CO, and Procurement (integration knowledge is sufficient; deep expertise is a plus).
  • Experience with SAP BBP preparation, documentation, and blueprinting processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration frameworks, data migration tools, and workflow configurations.
  • Strong analytical, functional, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to lead discussions with business users and translate needs into scalable SAP solutions.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience working on SAP projects during organizational carve‑outs or restructuring.
  • Exposure to SAP cloud solutions, integrations, or hybrid landscapes.
  • Understanding of HR or business process transformation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SAP security, roles, and authorizations.
