We are a vertically integrated company, specialized in the development, commercialization, construction, and operation of large‑scale renewable energy projects (solar, BESS, wind).

Internship activities
During the internship, the student will join the M&A team with a strong learning-oriented approach, actively participating in activities such as market research, opportunity analysis, and the preparation of presentations, always under the guidance and supervision of the team.
The Intern will gain exposure to real M&A processes by assisting with ongoing transactions (live deals), developing an understanding of the different stages of an M&A transaction.
In addition, the Intern will contribute to internal initiatives related to the implementation of artificial intelligence tools, including reporting automation, database enhancement, and opportunity pipeline tracking.
The internship is designed to develop analytical, financial, and technological skills within a dynamic M&A environment.
