Mission
During the internship, you will join the Portfolio Management team with a strong learning-oriented approach, actively participating in project analysis and monitoring, reporting activities, and process improvement, while developing analytical, digital, and communication skills in an international business environment.
Responsibilities
What will you learn during the internship?
- Project portfolio management and analysis: You will collaborate with the Business Units in monitoring the portfolio of projects under development, learning how to analyze project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting and data analysis: You will participate in reporting processes, ensuring data quality and consistency, and supporting the preparation of monthly executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Automation and digital tools (AI): You will participate in the rollout of internal Artificial Intelligence solutions (logic definition and model accuracy improvement).
- Basic financial processes: You will participate in the budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities, gaining practical insight into project financial management.
- Data and process management: You will actively collaborate with the Business Units to learn how to develop, test, document, and implement robust data collection and data management processes.
- Continuous improvement and process transformation: You will participate in system implementation and process improvement projects, developing a mindset focused on efficiency and innovation.
- Teamwork and professional communication: You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build a network of internal and external contacts, learning to communicate information clearly, in a structured way, and adapted to different levels of the organization.

Job Requirements
- Business Administration degree, Business analytics degree or similar.
- English (C1 - C2 written and spoken).
- Interest in the renewable energy sector and the challenges associated with the development, construction and operation of a renewable energy plant.

Ability to sign an Internship Agreement with your University/Training Center (mandatory requirement).
- On-site format: Madrid office (Paseo de Recoletos, 37–41, 1ºA).
- Start date: From June 2026, with the earliest possible start.
- Duration: Ideally one full academic year or 1 year.
- Working hours: Ideally, full-time except during academic periods.
- Paid internship.
