Position Snapshot

Zelestra is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support procurement for its expanding U.S. portfolio of utility‑scale solar, BESS, and wind projects in a face-pace environment. This role helps execute sourcing strategies, manage suppliers, and support contract administration for major electrical and balance‑of‑system equipment.
 
This role partners with the U.S. and Spain. 
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or contract administration
  • Experience managing purchase orders and supplier communications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with pricing tables and contract data
  • Experience working with SAP and Microsoft software, such as PowerPoint and Excel 

Position Responsibilities

Procurement Execution

  • Issue POs and contracts; support RFP/RFQ events for major equipment
  • Manage pricing reviews, bid comparisons, and supplier evaluations
  • You will work closely with the Construction team on negotiations, agreement drafting, and exhibit tracking on the EPC side

Supplier & Contract Management

  • Assist with negotiations, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
  • Track milestones, payments, deliveries, and credit support
  • Maintain procurement and contract records
  • RFP Management 

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Align with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Construction, and PM teams
  • Support payments, compliance reviews, and delivery issue resolution

Compliance & Risk

  • Support domestic content, certifications, and FEOC disclosures
  • Monitor delivery risks, LD exposure, warranties, and maintain risk logs

Systems & Reporting

  • Manage ERP/procurement data and trackers
  • Prepare summaries and reports for leadership
  • Working with Financial Models
  • Documentation controls

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated starting salary for this position is based on experience, qualifications, and education in a remote-working environment: $80,600 - $95,000.
