Role Summary

Role Reports To: Senior Procurement Manager
Position Snapshot
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years with renewable procurement experience supporting solar, wind and battery construction projects.
- Led contract negotiations and execution for LNTPs and EPC contracts.
- Knowledge of IRS regulations in regards to renewables (Domestic content, safe harbor, FEOC, etc.).
- Experience working with SAP and Microsoft software, such as PowerPoint and Excel.
Position Responsibilities
Procurement Execution
- Issue POs and contracts; support RFP/RFQ events for major equipment.
- Manage pricing reviews, bid comparisons, and supplier evaluations.

You will work closely with the Construction team on negotiations, agreement drafting, and exhibit tracking on the EPC side.
Supplier & Contract Management
- Assist with negotiations, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Track milestones, payments, deliveries, and credit support.
- Maintain procurement and contract records.
- RFP Management.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Align with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Construction, and PM teams.
- Support payments, compliance reviews, and delivery issue resolution.
Compliance & Risk
- Support domestic content, certifications, and FEOC disclosures.
- Monitor delivery risks, LD exposure, warranties, and maintain risk logs.
Systems & Reporting
- Manage ERP/procurement data and trackers.
- Prepare summaries and reports for leadership.
- Working with Financial Models.
- Documentation controls.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated starting salary for this position is based on experience, qualifications, and education in a remote-working environment: $80,600 - $95,000 base salary.
