Position Snapshot

Zelestra is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support procurement for its expanding U.S. portfolio of utility‑scale solar, BESS, and wind projects in a face-pace environment. This role helps execute sourcing strategies, manage suppliers, and support contract administration for major electrical and balance‑of‑system equipment.

This role partners with the U.S. and Spain.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years with renewable procurement experience supporting solar, wind and battery construction projects.
Led contract negotiations and execution for LNTPs and EPC contracts.
Knowledge of IRS regulations in regards to renewables (Domestic content, safe harbor, FEOC, etc.).
Experience working with SAP and Microsoft software, such as PowerPoint and Excel.

Position Responsibilities

Procurement Execution

Issue POs and contracts; support RFP/RFQ events for major equipment.
Manage pricing reviews, bid comparisons, and supplier evaluations.
You will work closely with the Construction team on negotiations, agreement drafting, and exhibit tracking on the EPC side.

Supplier & Contract Management

Assist with negotiations, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
Track milestones, payments, deliveries, and credit support.
Maintain procurement and contract records.
RFP Management.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Align with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Construction, and PM teams.
Support payments, compliance reviews, and delivery issue resolution.

Compliance & Risk

Support domestic content, certifications, and FEOC disclosures.
Monitor delivery risks, LD exposure, warranties, and maintain risk logs.

Systems & Reporting

Manage ERP/procurement data and trackers.
Prepare summaries and reports for leadership.
Working with Financial Models.
Documentation controls.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated starting salary for this position is based on experience, qualifications, and education in a remote-working environment: $80,600 - $95,000 base salary.
