Mission
The mission of the HRBP will be to be the strategic partner of the business in identifying and designing the people strategy and executing it, in order to support the growth and achievement of the company's objectives. You will be expected to support the leaders in your area of responsibility in the management of teams and people, complying with the values and culture of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Manage talent attraction processes and employer branding.
- Support the Managers during the annual performance management cycle, resolving the doubts that arise during the process and collaborating in the definition of development actions.
- Act as a link in internal mobility processes, to ensure that they are carried out in the most efficient way. Manage the international mobility of employees under their area of responsibility.
- Guarantee the continuity of the key values of the organization through the different HR policies, contributing to maintaining the corporate culture and managing the processes of organizational change.
- Be the main interlocutor in the event of any doubt or question raised by the employees under your area of responsibility and propose retention actions based on their priorities.
- Report the information related to key management indicators and periodic reports.
- Ensure the reliability of people master data in the system. You will be Responsible for a functional Area to be determined within the HR function (Labor Relations, People Analytics, Talent Attraction and Management, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Degree with additional training in HR/Labor Relations preferably
- Good command of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
- Proactive person with the ability to learn
- Empathetic person with leadership skills
- High level of dialogue with all members of the organization
- Ability to influence and overall vision.
- Rigorous and methodical profile with the ability to observe and analyze data in order to design solutions.
- +10 years in similar positions preferably.
- Knowledge working in a professional environment
- Availability for national or international travel
