Mission

As Lead Civil Specialist, you will contribute in the development, definition and coordination of civil engineering associated with the design of renewable plants under development and construction.

Responsibilities

  • Design civil works, earthworks and structures in engineering projects (Photovoltaic, BESS, Underground cables and Substations) at any stage, including the preparation of bids and technical management of the purchases of any structure to be installed in the projects.
  • Contracting and monitoring of geotechnical surveys hydrological studies and driving Tests
  • Analyzing and interpreting geotechnical, hydrological, topographical studies and driving Tests.
  • Pre-designing the different elements of civil works during the tender phase.
  • Designing the implementation of structures and trackers, designing the earthworks, hydraulic infrastructures and accesses, designing the foundations of Photovoltaic, BESS, Underground cables and Substations components.
  • Preparing technical specification for the request for tender and/or contracting the civil works.
  • Supervising and monitoring the technical solution of civil works of the assigned projects in execution
  • Coordinating with the different engineering areas and with the technical project managers the engineering needs and delivery requirements.
  • Attending meetings with clients and suppliers on engineering matters under his/her responsibility established in the project quality plans.
  • Collaborating in the fulfillment of the objectives and goals of QHSE established by the company.
  • Knowing and complying with the regulations, manuals and procedures that affect their work.
  • Ensure the quality of the work delivered.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering companies developing similar functions in the area of renewable energy (photovoltaic plants, solar thermal, biomass, wind, etc.)
  • Native in Italian is required.
  • Advanced level of English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken) is required.
  • We are looking for someone with proactivity, independence, curiosity, and a dynamic mindset.

  • Permanent Employment Contract
  • National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Employees in the Electricity Sector
  • Job Grade: In line with the applicable collective agreement
  • Minimum Gross Annual Base Salary: €50.600
  • A higher compensation package may be considered based on the candidate's experience, distinctive skills, and the value they bring to the role.
