Mission

Lead and manage the procurement, EPC tendering, and logistics activities of the Italian Business Unit, ensuring competitiveness and profitability of renewable energy projects. Serve as the focal point for corporate procurement and logistics, coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the company value chain. Conduct commercial negotiations, support all business functions in both pre‑execution and execution phases, and act as Contract Manager during contract implementation.

Responsibilities

Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for key contracts in close collaboration with business functions, defining and executing the country procurement and supply chain strategy in alignment with corporate and EPC objectives.
Engage with internal and corporate stakeholders to understand business needs, ensure adherence to procurement policies, and contribute to complex negotiations to optimize the company's overall commercial position.
Plan tenders in line with company targets; prepare RFQs, follow up and analyze offers; prepare commercial tabulations; and ensure full documentation and compliance with procurement processes and procedures.
Manage and negotiate with national and international suppliers and subcontractors, fostering long‑term, strategic partnerships.
Monitor the supplier market, identifying existing and potential new vendors; analyze supplier competitiveness, market trends, technological developments, and supply chain dynamics to define sourcing strategies and cost structures.
Work closely with the Legal Department to ensure contract terms and conditions are favorable and aligned with company standards.
Collaborate with Execution Project Managers to define procurement strategies and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, volumes, timelines, commercial agreements, contracts, and framework agreements.
Plan, manage, and coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and project requirements; monitor manufacturing progress and equipment delivery.
Coordinate interactions between suppliers and internal departments, including Quality, Engineering, and Document Management.
Oversee contract administration across engineering, construction, and operations phases; interpret and apply contractual terms; support the management of variations, claims, and change orders; assist project teams in identifying and mitigating contractual risks; and monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience in international strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, innovation partnerships, and contract execution.
Strong managerial and leadership skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Advanced written and spoken English (mandatory).
Knowledge of SAP systems.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and/or contract management within the renewable energy sector or similar industries.
