  • HSE, Quality & Compliance: ensure compliance with Zelestra HSE standards, D.Lgs. 81/08, permits and QA/QC procedures (ITPs, FATs, SATs), supported by the QHSE Department.
  • Reporting & People Management: report on progress, cost and risk to Management, investors, lenders and technical advisors; mentor junior project managers and help standardize execution practices across the Italian portfolio.

Job Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Mechanical or Civil); 5-8 years in utility-scale renewable project management (BESS strongly preferred) with at least two projects delivered through COD as PM or Deputy PM; solid knowledge of EPC/multi-contracting models, BoP, MV/HV substations, Italian grid connection and permitting (AU, PAS, CEI 0-16, Terna Grid Code).
  • Project Management Skills: advanced planning, cost control and risk management; MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD and SAP; EPC/FIDIC contract management including claims and change management; PMP / PRINCE2 is a plus.
  • Languages: native or C2 Italian; fluent English (minimum C1).
