Mission
You will work closely with the People Business Partner Senior Manager and the hiring managers in Italy to understand their recruitment needs and manage the entire selection and pre-boarding process.
Your role will be key in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience while building a strong pipeline of potential talent for future opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with the People Business Partner and the hiring managers.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Provide support in defining new Job Descriptions. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Sourcing and Selection: Identify and source potential candidates through job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter), social media, referrals, job postings and other relevant channels. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with the organization's culture.
- Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide feedback regarding their engagement in the process and level of progress.
- Talent Identification: Create and maintain pools of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. Proactively network with potential candidates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors). Report and analyze hiring metrics to improve processes.
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding of new employees in collaboration with Payroll Team and hiring managers.
- Act as Zelestra’s liaison with the external recruitment agencies that collaborate with us in the selection processes.
- Support the corporate Employer Branding Program by leading and contributing to various initiatives such as managing the company’s presence on platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge
- Native in Italian is required.
- Advanced level of English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in Spanish at a professional level is considered a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
- Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
- Previous experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (recuiting and onboarding modules) is considered a plus.
Experience
- +5 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter.
- Previous exposure to the renewable energy sector is a plus.
Other working conditions
- Some travel may be required to visit other Zelestra offices, such as those in Palermo or Spain, or to attend job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment-related events.
