Mission

We are looking for a Corporate Investments Intern to support the corporate investment and strategy functions in the review, monitoring, and governance of the company’s investment portfolio. The intern will contribute to ensuring the consistent application of investment criteria, performance tracking, and decision-making frameworks across projects and geographies. This role provides exposure to portfolio oversight, corporate governance, and market intelligence activities within a leading renewable energy platform.

Responsibilities

  • Support the review and monitoring of the company’s investment portfolio, ensuring consistency with internal investment guidelines and approval frameworks.
  • Assist in tracking key investment metrics, project status, and performance indicators across regions and technologies.
  • Help maintain and improve internal investment reporting tools, dashboards, and control processes.
  • Support the preparation of materials for internal committees and senior management, including portfolio overviews and decision-support analyses.
  • Contribute to the definition, documentation, and update of internal guidelines, processes, and best practices related to investments and capital allocation.
  • Perform market intelligence and competitive analysis on renewable energy trends, investment activity, and peer benchmarking.
  • Support ad-hoc strategic and analytical initiatives related to corporate planning and investment decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, development, commercial, technical) to gather and validate relevant information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student, or recent graduate, in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Strong interest in corporate finance, strategy, and renewable energy.
  • Structured and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple information streams.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English.

 

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Basic understanding of investment governance, portfolio management, or corporate finance.
  • Introductory knowledge of renewable energy markets and industry dynamics.
  • First exposure to market intelligence, strategic analysis, or performance reporting.
  • Curiosity and willingness to understand how investment decisions are made at a corporate level.
