EPC Electrical Quality Inspector

Mission

Your Mission will be to ensure during the solar park construction project that will take place in Olmedo, Valladolid that all the technical specifications of the execution project are complied with, as well as adequate quality conditions and the applicable regulations. 

Responsibilities

• On-site quality control, taking into account the schedule for the execution of the works and possible deficiencies detected or foreseen. 
• Verify, by means of metric and/or visual checks and inspections, that the Quality Assurance process is complied with by the Contractor and the Site Management during the execution of the electrical works of the Project.
• Reviewing the quality documentation generated on site, as well as detecting the lack of sensitive Quality documentation to be delivered by the Contractors (Calibration Certificates, Quality Certificates, Results of tests carried out, PPI).
• Reception and approval according to the Project specifications of the different materials arriving on site.
• Supervision of the PPIs/checklist with the inspections carried out.
• Verify that the tests are carried out in accordance with the Project Technical Specifications, Quality Plan and applicable regulations.
• Reporting to the Quality Technician of all incidents found in order to document them in reports, as well as the opening of non-conformities.
• Documentary management in quality matters.

Job Requirements

• Graduates preferably in Electrical Engineering or FPII in electricity.
• Construction PRL course (approved by the Construction Labour Foundation)
• Desirable experience of at least 2-3 years performing similar functions, preferably in photovoltaic plants.
• Reading and interpretation of plans.
• Interpretation and analysis of field test results.
• Office Excel and Word.
• Document analysis and management.
